Steel Products Limited incorporated in 1917 is one of the oldest public limited company listed on the Calcutta Stock Exchange. It started as a SSI unit in 1987 for the manufacturing of Galvanized Hamilton Tubular Poles.
In early 2000’s, company started the OPGW installation Projects in India and overseas. We are the first company in India to adapt OPGW live-line & Off-line installation technology. We are the only company in India having hands-on experience of OPGW live-line and off-line installation in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Myanmar.
The Company’s objective is to undertake large projects in India and overseas for OPGW solutions, design, manufacture and installation of Transmission Lines, Sub-station Structures, Railway Electrification Structures and Telecommunication towers.
