Job Description for Safety Officer: Responsible for ensuring safe execution of transmission line / OPGW live-line installation works, including site safety inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks, PPE compliance, work-at-height and electrical safety, crew monitoring, emergency preparedness and incident reporting. Must ensure compliance with project HSE requirements.

Job Description for Safety Officer: Responsible for coordinating day-to-day project activities, including manpower and equipment planning, work schedules, material coordination, progress monitoring, documentation and communication with site teams. Shall coordinate with clients, OPGW engineers, safety officers and subcontractors to ensure timely execution, smooth mobilization and compliance with project requirements.
Job Discription:
Responsible for overall planning, execution and management of OPGW live-line installation projects, including project scheduling, resource and equipment planning, client coordination, cost control, quality and HSE compliance.
Shall lead site teams, coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders, monitor project progress, resolve execution issues and ensure timely completion in accordance with contractual requirements, specifications and safety standards.
Overseas transmission line/OPGW project experience preferred
